Amazing stay at Wonderland
It was an amazing experience spending new year Dec 2024 night at the property. They had arranged DJ night, pool party and it was awesome.
Overall the resort is very well equipped. We opted for Deluxe room initially however chose to upgrade since superior deluxe was much more bigger with balcony view of pool and had proper sitting with swing in balcony too. It also has bathtub and spacious bathroom. Hot water was available 24 hours. All rooms seemed to have been kept very neat and clean.
The swimming pool is very well maintained and clean. They have games room with Table Tennis, Carrom, Chess & Pool table though we thought games room maintenance could be improved much more. They have got a big lawn in the back side, so you can play outdoor games as well if interested. Plenty of well covered and secured parking is available.
The part that we liked the most is food. They have got amazing chef and all the food that we ordered a-la-carte was superb. They have separated the bar from restaurent and in bar they only serve starters with hot drinks. In new year eve they had pool side sitting arranged. Buffet breakfast was pretty much the same you get in all resorts like Cereals, Poha, Idli, Paratha, Juice, Tea, Coffee, Uttapa, Dosa etc. Eggs, omelet’s were available on demand. What we found is food and hot drinks are little on higher side in terms of price but the quality is very good.
They have got an amazing team. Hospitality was upto the mark throughout the stay. Everyone treats you with big smile and ready to serve you as better as they can.
All tourist attractions near Silvaasa like Lions Safari, Deer park, Dudhani lake boating, Butterfly park are in same direction and longest point that is Dudhani lake boating is approx 1 hour drive. On other side Daman is approx 1 hour drive too.
Only turn off was the property is situated on NH848A highway which is undergoing complete revamp and both sides of the road was very bad for good 7-8 Kms when we visited.

Worst resort in silvassa
Went for Dinner with family, its my worse experience. The resort doesn't have enöghf staff to serve restaurant which is having a capacity of 60 person. Very disappointment fron te staff. After having a dinner of 4 hours. We have to wait for half hour for fingerbowl. There was a birthday celebration the staff took the cake after cutting, and it was to be served after food but unfortunately it didn't came back.

Nice place with good food but not without problems
Stayed for 3 nights. There was a training program arranged here.
The place has a nice ambience. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable.
The resturant and room service have a decent menu but the continental items were not available. Indian food is good.
The staff is courteous and well behaved.
The spread at the breakfast buffet is limited but good
The place has a small pool which is well maintained.
The service in not perfect. My ordered food was served after an hour.
Upkeep of the rooms especially the bathroom is very poor. Though kept clean. The shower head was clogged and the hot water runs out during a bath let alone being sufficient to fill the bath tub!
To conclude this is a ok place but can be much better with attention to small things by the managment.

Average resort with nice rooms
We stayed at resort during weekdays.location of the resort is not too far from city area but no options of any restaurants near to the resort as we found few challenges in food especially Pure Jain food..there were literally very less options for Jain food. Rooms were nice, clean and spacious.we were allotted the room on first floor and pool facing so were happy with rooms.swimming pool is also great. Another con was very slow in any kind of service like rooms service or restaurant service. Otherwise ok ok resort but not worth to you money.

Not a pleasant stay
My husband and I visited for a long weekend getaway from Mumbai. They were very polite when we spoke to them on the phone. Due to the high price, they even suggested they would try and give us an upgraded room. Thats y we took this hotel over other branded chains offering similar prices. When we arrived, ours was the only car in the parking lot. They refused to even consider the upgrade request. They actually said.. Itne paise Mein itna hi milega.. You get only this for the amount you have paid.. Which was not less for sure. The room was old school, dirty, and there even was a used towel handing in the washroom. Yuck.
Next morning when we went down to breakfast, we asked for fresh juice, which was on the menu, the restaurant waiter says.. Sahab bole kyuki guests nahi hai, canned juice de do (because there aren't any other guests, given them canned juice). We were so mad.. Talk about double standards. We also said that since we have not paid any less, or received value for even what we have paid for, please make sure we get what's on the menu.
We had reserved and paid for two nights, we left in one. Will definitely return to silvassa, never to this place. I would not recommend it.
