Awesome stay and staff

The stay was extremely comfortable and the service was excellent. Mr. Abhirup at the front office was very helpful and kind. He was welcoming and supported throughout the stay.
Mr. Soumya from housekeeping was very much polite and the service provided by him was extraordinary. He was really kind and managed to fulfill the demand of the decoration as per our requirement.
I would like to thank the team and above people for the service and hospitality.

But overpriced.. Special request not taken care of...And no information about it too...

Rooms were good.. but mouldy smell was there..room service was good..littu bhai was taking care of all the things for us. Lift is not there .. dedicated parking was there..but not covered. Location is nearby all the essential places.. atmosphere was good ... As I booked a deluxe room, expected room with a view... Bit overpriced... If you have vehicle, Can prefer the Mayfair World Cup village... That gave the luxurious feel.. And asked for some special request.. But none was taken care of.. Have good wifi..

I came to Mayfair Rourkela with my friends..the stay was good and food was good , flavourful and service given by jitendra akshaya and team was very nice …overall i m happy withe the service and stay ..thank you
