Lovely jungle nest

I had the pleasure to stay here for two days and I loved the quietness of the area, being surrounded by greenery and beautiful people. The staff is super friendly, empathetic, good vibes and all and Nina also has yoga classes you can attend while there.
The location is awesome, nested in the jungle but still just a few minutes up an alley from the Laxman Jhula side of the river, busy with all you ever need, just a stone throw from post office and police station.
There's The Pyramid cafe few meters away and they have delicious and cheap food but you can also make your own food in the guest house(as you can use the kitchen) or ask the staff to prepare something for a fee.
My room was on the third floor and my view was fantastic; having the bed just by the window and the trees all around I felt like in a tree house...with Mother Ganga's river view and sound to delight.
The prices are very good for the overall conditions and location and I highly recommend. Also, if I return to Rishikesh that's where I'll stay

not clean

the view from the terrace of this place is amazing , even the ganga view room is awesome with balcony facing ganga, but the rooms lack cleanliness and needs improvement to provide the basic amenities.

The rooms we booked had a fantastic view of the river , mountains and the town.

Great location 5 minutes walk from the main street. Close to everything in Laxman Jhula and Ram Jhula and a little bit removed from the business of the main street. The guesthouse backs onto the forest which is nice and has amazing views of the river, mountains and towns. The staff were all very friendly and helpful , there is yoga and meditation classes twice daily. The rooms are spacious, light and airy and clean and comfortable with our own bathroom and toilet. For the price its awesome. Totally recommend guru ganga, I'll be going back there for sure.

Beautiful setting & rooms

The setting and rooms of this hotel are really beautiful. It is very green, close to the jungle and quiet, however still only a 3 min walk to Laksman Jhula. I had Ganga view from my bed, a small balcony, and the price was economical.
But: there was a disgusting smell from the bathroom all night and I could only sleep with window open and fan turned on. When I asked the women she only said I should "close the toilet". Also I didn't have any curtains while there is a bright light illuminating the property all night so you need to cover your eyes well. Third, there is no washbasin in the bathrooms. You basically brush your teeth in the shower. :-)

amazing guest houses

Amazing guest house away from the noisy main street. Rooms are with amazing view of the Ganges and the mountains, besst I have had in Rishikesh ever and trust me I have been there abut 10 times. Very friendly staff who are not at all pushy and do not have any kind of restrictions or unnecessary and unwanted cheesyness.
