Excellent stay
I loved my stay at the hotel. Purpose of my visit was business travel. The good quality is amazing of the hotel, the staff are amazing. The breakfast amazing. Love the hotel. I highly recommend the hotel for everyone .

Disappointed with staff behaviour and service **FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS**
My recent experience at Treebo Trend Raj left much to be desired. From the lackluster service to the subpar amenities, my stay fell short of even basic expectations.
Even they don’t have parking space for CAR but they are mentioning it and my left side mirror has been found broken in tomorrow morning WHICH WAS REALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE.
The room, touted as comfortable and modern, was far from it. The cleanliness was questionable, and the amenities promised were either missing or in poor condition. The overall ambiance of the hotel failed to match the advertised standards.
Customer service was another letdown. The staff, especially Lokesh at the counter, displayed a level of unprofessionalism that was unacceptable. He seemed indifferent, unresponsive, and unwilling to address concerns. It's disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism and hospitality from a staff member.
Furthermore, issues with noise disruption made the stay even more unpleasant. The supposed tranquility was shattered by disturbances that the hotel failed to control.
Overall, my stay at Treebo Trend Raj was a regrettable experience. I hope this feedback serves as a candid reminder for improvement in the areas of cleanliness, service, and overall guest satisfaction.

Don't book this hotel..
No hot water in bathroom, bed not comfortable..
As per manager our room was free upgraded but the room quality doesn't look like upgraded one.. no tea, coffee sachets in room which are basic amenities..
Breakfast: very poor, no coffee option, no juice, no fruits even egg were boiled on request n the waiter was serving in plates by holding them in bare hands (very unhygienic), even they r not using amul butter, using some local yellow butter.. I think all positive reviews Herr r fake..

Clean, compact room. Good location for shops and restaurants. Friendly staff.

It was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE .We stayed in 5th floor ,3 rooms 503,504&505.
No hot water despite telling the Reception.Water stopped,while Taking bath.
We were FORCED to rake bath in chill water early morning by 5.am.
Out of 4 lights only 2 were working.
Linen was not changed and it was as smelling.
Receptionist showed his helplessness.
But food was ok.Though complimentary breakfast was available ,it was not given telling that it would be available by 8 am only.
We came foe visiting Baba Baidyanath dham and being 250 kms away we need to leave by 6 am .It was informed to hotel but they expressed inability.
We said atleast Bread,butter&jam could be given but they refused.
