Had a great experience

The ambience was good and staff are also co operative and helping nature. The room are clean and linen are are also clean.

Good service , also maintained rooms . Only concern is about parking in that location . Will get homemade food. Hospitality also good

had a very disappointing experience at this hotel

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff at the front desk were unprofessional and quite rude. They refused my booking, claiming my ID proof wasn't clear, which was not the case. The management should definitely replace this staff. I would not recommend staying here."

Dirtiest, Filthiest Hotel Room Ever!

This is, without exaggeration, the dirtiest and most disgraceful hotel room I have encountered in my entire life and career. The room was an absolute hygiene nightmare. Unwashed, grimy bedsheets; towels and linens so heavily stained they were unusable; a bathroom littered with hair; cigarette butts in the washbasin; broken glass, ear buds, and more cigarettes under the bed; dust everywhere; and debris clearly left behind by the previous guest.
Despite repeatedly requesting that the room be cleaned and the bedsheets changed, not a single person responded. The complete lack of basic housekeeping is shocking.
The disaster didn’t end there. Breakfast, clearly stated to be served at 7:30 AM, was still nowhere close to ready even at 8:30 AM. To make matters worse, yesterday’s leftovers were still sitting inside the buffet containers. This level of negligence is beyond unacceptable.
This was a pathetic, appalling, and utterly unprofessional experience from start to finish. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone, nor will I ever set foot here again.
Treebo Classic Grande, You are an absolute disgrace to the hotel industry.

Early check‑in policy ignored; pressured to pay extra

I requested early check‑in a day in advance. Treebo’s policy says up to 2 hours complimentary, subject to availability. At arrival, the receptionist first said no rooms were available, then offered the same category room at 11 a.m. for Rs. 1,000 because it was “kept for walk‑ins.” When I asked why that room couldn’t be given under the complimentary window, the reason changed to “room not clean,” then back to “no room.” I was made to wait until 1 p.m. and was given two single beds instead of the booked king.
I also saw another guest asked to pay Rs. 1,000 for a late checkout to 12 p.m., despite the stated complimentary 2‑hour window. Treebo support was told the hotel was “sold out,” which conflicted with what I was being told at the desk.
What didn’t: policy not honored, contradictory communication, wrong room type, and obvious upselling.
Overall: This experience undermines trust in the brand. Not recommended.
