Comfortable stay

Overall, it was a good stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hospitality shown by the reception staff during check-in was excellent and made for a pleasant arrival experience.
One drawback was that the room did not have basic amenities such as a comb, shoe shiner, or toothbrush. Fortunately, I was carrying my own essentials.
The hotel is a pure vegetarian property, and the food was very good. Dinner was served fresh, with hot chapatis prepared and served promptly, which was appreciated.
Breakfast was average, with limited options available. I also noticed a staff member handling bread and arranging food items without wearing gloves, which raised some hygiene concerns and led me to avoid the items that had been handled.
The checkout managed by lady staff should have been more efficient and could see that she was not willing to address things during checkout.
Overall, despite a few minor shortcomings, the cleanliness, hospitality, and quality of food made for a pleasant stay.

Great Hsopitality at The Oakwood Pune

Stayed at The Oakwood Pune for 2 nights in July. It was a family trip. We landed on an Ekadasi day and hence we had to have food without Onion and Garlic. The Kitchen staff at the oakwood were so kind and courteous and they ensure that we got the food of our Choice. Amazing service with a big smile! A huge shoutout to all of them particularly the head chef. The room was quite spacious and had all we wanted though I guess both the rooms and the Hotel need a renovation. The location was wonderful with splendid choices for food, shopping as well as commute. Will be back soon for sure!

Good experience at the oakwood

Very nice hotel.. Location was perfect.. Breakfast was very nice.. The staff at the restaurant were very helpful for breakfast time... I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It's very clean. Bathroom as well. Wasn't noisy and peaceful region... As u get out from hotel all facilities are around. Pharmacy and shops all around.

Excellent staff makes the stay worthwhile

located centrally......within 5km distance of Pune railway station & shivaji nagar railway station. now also close to a metro station.
the area if known for branded shops as well as street shopping.
well known locality for street foods as well as restaurants that serve best of local, national & global cuisine
best of all is the staff of this property, they make your stay comfortable to the core & wants you to go back next time you are in pune.

I would highly recommend Orchid Hotel Pune to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Pune.

I had the pleasure of staying at Orchid Hotel Pune, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The hospitality and service provided by the staff were exceptional, particularly Mr. Sailani and Mr. Aditya.The housekeeping team did a fantastic job, and it clearly reflected the high standards that Orchid Hotel Pune upholds.
