Pune stay near Railway Station- Hotel dreamland
Those who are looking for some good hotel for stay and food can try this. I booked from booking.com. Tariff was around Rs 3200 per day for 3 persons with complimentary breakfast. They will allow early check-in if room is vacant at that time. Post checkout till your train time if on the same day, you can keep your luggage with them.

Good hotel with good experience
It is located just on the opposite side of Pune railway station. (Bus stand side). Booked for an official visit. Good staff. Check in was smooth and hassel free. We were alloted room no 206 which has a balcony with this room.
Room - Super clean and nice. Washroom was also nice with hot and cold water. Price is ok.
This hotel provides only veg foods. But food test was good.
They have fixed room price, which is cheap as compared with online price from popular travel sites.

Good place for stay
The best part about the hotel is its location. It is right in front of the Pune Railway Station, in the very centre of the city. There are lots of shops around it. Any part of the city can be conveniently approached from here.
Upon arrival I found the hotel to be surprisingly clean (far exceeding my expectation). The rooms are very spacious and well furnished and have a sufficiently large balcony.
They have a fixed menu breakfast from which you get to choose 1 dish and 1 beverage. I enjoyed their breakfast.
All in all, it is a very good hotel in its price range. Would definitely recommend it if you are in Pune for a short stay.

Excellent location but needs refurbishing.
