Hotel location is very good and staff behaviour is quite nice and food is not good
. Toilet and bathroom is very dirty and messy and all faucets are leak and not in good condition and breakfast is good only staff is cooprative and my room is spacious i like the room .

I stayed at this hotel recently, and it was a nightmare. The beds were disgustingly dirty, with stains and hairs everywhere—see pictures. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful; they made me move rooms late at night, and the new room was equally dirty. I wasn't happy about it. They were making comments about foreigners in their language, which I found disgusting. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy sleeping in filth and dealing with disrespectful employees.

My stay at Diviyum Manor was incredibly disappointing. The rooms were poorly maintained and had a musty smell that was hard to ignore. The bed linens looked old and worn, and I even found stains on them. Despite raising these concerns with the staff, they were unapologetic and unresponsive. To make matters worse, the noise from neighboring rooms was constant, making it difficult to get any rest. Overall, my experience was far from enjoyable, and I would not recommend Diviyum Manor to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Stayed in January 2024, Toilet seat was leaked. Even after asking to change the room. Neither room was was changed nor toilet was repaired. Two towels were provided to me. Not a single one was clean.. rooms are hygienic and clean. Near to airport... average

Underwhelming

Location is the ONLY pro.
Room was quite underwhelming. The windows opened up to a wall a foot away, so no view or decent ventilation in the room. The bathroom was run down with leaky faucets. One would think they would provide you with soap at least, but unfortunately, there was no soap / toilet paper.
The staff behaviour was quite poor. For all the show from the outside of appearing as a polished lodging, the staff are quite disappointing. There was a young girl behind the counter who checked me in, who might have been new to her job and the island. I was checked in, shown my room. I needed to check in to the flight so was in the lounge for an hour trying to do that on my phone. I could not manage, so asked the girl if she could help me check in from the hotel system, she flatly refused. disappointed, I asked if there is a cafe close by, she told me of some place which was apparently walkable. I walked a huge stretch, only to find from the locals that on Sunday close to most shops stay shut. So not only was I denied any help, she misguided me and sent me on a bloody trek.
Half an hour later when after my return i get a frantic call from reception asking me to come down to pay immediately. I rushed down and asked what the urgency was and why the rush. She clearly did not have her bearings straight.
If possible, AVOID the hotel. If you insist on staying at the hotel, please keep interaction with the staff to a minimum.

We regret for the inconvenience you had to face at our property. We have taken note of the problems and will try to iron out the problems you had faced. In our defense only thing I could say is we had opened up after quite sometime, hence there were teething issues. Nonetheless we will strive hard to overcome the issues.
