Excellent Stay

The stay at Hotel Kunnathan Residency was a serene and relaxing experience. The property itself has beautiful views and very well appointed rooms. The food served was delicious. Staff was very courteous and helpful and ready to offer the best service. My overall experience was excellent and I would like to recommend for both families and couples

We booked this place for 2 nights, checked in around 8 PM, and paid around ₹2800 per night — what a huge mistake. The room was in terrible condition: paint peeling off the walls, broken curtains that didn’t close, and a filthy bathroom with no shower curtain, causing the whole floor to flood. There was no hot water, no kettle, and even the Wi-Fi didn’t work.
To make it worse, they advertised complimentary breakfast, but when asked, they said they’d have to buy it from somewhere — such a massive inconvenience, especially when traveling with kids. We couldn’t bear to stay another night and checked out early. The staff didn’t care at all, and the room looked nothing like the misleading photos online.

A decent place to stay, had a very good authentic restaurant that severs good non vegetarian food

I was here on the 13th and 14th July 2019, a fairly decent place to stay with nice comforts for the price charged. I liked the location, and also the main reason for my stay was the attached restaurant. IFTAR RESTAURANT
nice food, my local friend order the CHICKEN ALFAM and I loved the flavours, was late for dinner as per kerala outdoor timings and the food was vanishing, would definitely recommend the place for the pricing and the restaurant IFTAR

Nice stay

The room was nice and the food on restaurant was nice..the price is quite affordable for middle class people. All staff are helpful. If there is a swimming pool will be better. The place is just walable distance to the KSRTC bus station.

Utter waste of money

Pigeon hole room with no interiors and no wifi roaming roaches and no hot water...this is the day 1 experience..we thought we would spend the night there and vacate early next morning..but hey that would be possible only if he had water yo get fresh and leave...no water and after n complaints we begged for some and the reply from management was that there was no bucket to give us water..
