Excellent veg food and stay

Hotal is having great location. Many food joints are on walkable distance. However Food and hospitality is excellent in Chiminda. Ms.pratibha has given good service to us v got a-la carte nd NXT day buffet..pure veg .

Worst experience

Worst experience of my life,worst food,only two varieties of food with buffet cost at ₹500 with third class food. I would say never ever stay at this hotel. This hotel can never be three star. Lodge is much better than this.

Disappointing Stay – Needs Major Improvements

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The room was not clean—blankets had stains, the cupboards had a bad odor, and the side tables were unstable. Plug points were difficult to find, with only one available, which was already in use for the electric kettle.
The room lacked basic comforts, especially considering the cold weather, as there was no heater. To make things worse, the windows didn’t even have curtains, compromising both privacy and insulation.
The only positive aspect was that the bathroom seemed relatively new. The food was decent, and the service at the restaurant was good. However, the overall experience was far from satisfactory.
When I raised these issues with the manager, I was informed that the hotel was recently taken over by new management three months ago and that the property is old. While that may explain some of the shortcomings, it does not justify the current state of the rooms.
If possible, I would recommend avoiding this hotel until significant improvements are made.

Two day stay

Hotel has excellent location in middle Pelling , with a view of Kanchenjunga from third floor rooms overlooking street especially room no 301, 302,303.
Clean and comfortable. Well mannered cooperative staff. Street side rooms cam be a bit noisy due to early morning traffic. Vegetarian food only
