One of the worst stay that I ever experienced
This has been one of my worst stay ever. The hotel is completely different from what you see in the pics. Looks like the pictures were takes when hotel was built and it’s never changed or cleaned as well.
Pros:
- It’s a hotel
Cons:
- No drinking water bottle provided (basic amenity)
- No card machine, so better carry cash. They have card machine but they are so reluctant in using it and will keep giving you excuses and make you pay in cash (while it is mention as hotel amenity)
- The room is so dirty (walls, cupboards, linens, AC, bathroom that you would feel you have checked in a cheap hotel
- You need to ask for towels and they won’t provide you
- You pay for breakfast but they will never tell you where to eat and when you ask them to serve the breakfast, they will inform you that there is only one item available in breakfast and that too is limited
- No refrigerator is the room (while it is mention as hotel amenity)
- No toiletries provided by hotel so better you carry your own stuffs even if you plan to book this hotel after reading
- Staffs are clueless and the only answer that you can expect from them "it is not available" "it got over". That is how they are trained
- If you are expecting a cozy mattress then this hotel would disappoint you again. They have a thick mattress but when you sleep you will get a good massage with the springs in mattress that would definitely disturb your sleep
- Room was full of mosquitoes, they will provide the repellent after you REQUEST multiple times
- AC takes more than 4 hours of continuous running to at least bring the room temperature to ~25 degrees so don’t expect the room to cool immediately and manage with a fan
- Please ignore the dam smell in the room as hotel folks will never get to smell that even if you call them and ask to smell
We went here for one night and it turned out to be a night mare. To my surprise, even OYO did not do anything after calling their Cust care and being on call with them for 2 hours.
