Great Hospitality
Our room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The highlight was the large private balcony overlooking beautiful greenery, which made for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
We had opted for the all-meals-inclusive package. Although the buffet spread was not very extensive, the quality of the food was excellent. What really stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Mr. Uday personally interacted with the guests and went above and beyond by offering to prepare any dishes we wished to have beyond the buffet menu. His warmth, attentiveness, and commitment to guest satisfaction made us feel truly special.
A special thanks also to Chef Hemant, who was extremely humble and courteous. He personally ensured that every meal served to us was fresh, hot, and delicious. His dedication and passion for delivering a great dining experience were evident throughout our stay.
The service across the resort was outstanding, with every staff member being courteous, professional, and eager to help. It is this level of genuine hospitality that made our holiday so memorable.
We would highly recommend Vivanta Miramar Goa to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay with excellent service. We look forward to visiting again in the future.
