One of the best parts of our stay was the restaurant service. The food was fresh, delicious, and served on time. I would especially like to thank Ananda for the outstanding hospitality and excellent service. Ananda was polite, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm behavior made us feel welcomed and added a personal touch to our stay.
The entire hotel staff was courteous, professional, and always willing to assist whenever needed. The hotel also has a pleasant atmosphere and is located in a convenient area, making it a great choice for travelers.
Overall, we had an amazing two-day stay at Bloom Hotel, Dona Paula. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfortable rooms, great food, and exceptional customer service. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit memorable.

Bloom hotel donapaula
A special mention goes to the restaurant for its delicious breakfast and outstanding hospitality. I would especially like to thank Mr. Ananda, who provided exceptional service throughout my stay. He was polite, attentive, and always made sure everything was perfect. His warm and professional attitude made my breakfast experience even more enjoyable.
