Great!

One of the great stay in Palakkad. We enjoyed their services and rooms. The location was very good and easy to find. We were quiet early and that was an early check in. But the front office staffs were so Friendly and helpful.

Avoid this hotel at all costs

Worst experience. Rooms were unclean. Linen provided was dirty. No hot water in bathroom and when I complained they provide me a heating coil. I spent 2 hours in the morning heating water for my kids. Breakfast was bad. There are better hotels at much better rates nearby. I booked this hotel after reading good reviews but I am surprised how they managed to get such good reviews.

comfortable stay

This is as expected and a quite reasonable price for the quality. We found the hotel clean and tidy. The restaurant food was good. We explored the region and had a wonderful drive out around the lake hoping to see an elephant. Saw some recent evidence.Drove through the rubber plantations and watched the sun set over the lake as fishermen laid their nets. Very peaceful

Pathetic Hotel

I am writing this from the hotel. I am here with my children and parents and booked this hotel based on reviews on the internet. Not sure how this hotel has received such high ratings. The A/C, TV is not working, and no staff came to address this issue despite repeated requests. The towels are dirty, taps are leaking, below average food, and below average service. I strongly recommend staying away from this place.

It was a very unpleasant experience.

Lobby and Front Office - staff and management are most unfriendly and shoddy with service. They appear to have no basic training in hotel management.
Housekeeping - shabby. Bedsheet was stained. Room was not made up daily. Chair in the room had a prominent film of dust.Refrigerator was uplugged. There was no warm water in the shower.
Room service and Restaurant staff - staff were very good. However, the breakfast buffet was not ready in time. The cornflakes which was supposed to have been a buffet item was not available until a special request was made. Beef items were not labelled. No items items in the buffet were labelled. Fruit juice tasted stale or adulterated.
It is felt that the hotel’s management needs to introspect whether they want to continue in this business.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
