New & Good property

I visited in Nov 2019 & was searching around the market for a hotel. I saw this new looking building & went in to check out the rooms. The property is well maintained. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The price was well in our budget & we stayed there for two days. The management was very helpful & arranged local sight seeing too for us.

Terrible Hygiene Standards and Poor Maintenance

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The rooms are not hygienic at all — the floors were dirty, the washbasin was broken, and there were stains on the bedsheets. The overall cleanliness is very poor and the rooms are not maintained properly. Definitely not worth staying here.

Budget Alternative - Can look at a better option

1st up the place at which this hotel is located is quite good and you have all amenities that the town has to offer close by. That said, there are plenty of decent budget category hotels of similar kind close by. The rooms in the hotel are quite spacious and generally kept clean. The biggest drawback is the lack of a restaurant. There is a small pantry, which the day we reached closed down (June 2018). Despite us requesting food to be kept for 3 persons, food for only 2 was kept and we were charged for 3. This wouldn't have been an issue had the same not happened after a 7-8 hour grueling road journey to Pachmarhi. My advise in case you are not going in a peak season avoid booking and rather look for other options, there are quite a few.

An alternative for mptdc resorts.

Very nice hotel ! Quite reasonable , pretty good satisfactory service and cleanliness which is main a main part we seek for 9 out of 10 for it. If u don't get room at mptdc resorts den krishna is a good option to opt for. One can prebook rooms as well.

2 day visit to Pachmarhi with family

I choose this hotel after doing lot of research on the internet. I would say that it was a good choice. The owner, Mr Maheswari is very cooperative and he provided us with all the help he could. Pachmarhi is small hill station, a 2 day stay is enough to cover most spots. The rooms and the bathrooms were spacious and clean. The food provided by the hotel is also good, just tell the cook, Rajesh about the amount of spice and oil you want in your food. The best thing about sight seeing is that the rates have been fixed by the local administration , so you don't have to bargain .We were a group of 5 and we arranged the vehicle through the hotel itself. The location of the hotel is in the market area itself. You can walk around the town after completing the sightseeing of the day. The room rent is reasonable, just try to plan your trip in the off season
