Stay alert stay away from these folks
First i book through booking.com
They keep the room as book without a card
Then they send a message that your hotel will only be confirmed when you make the payment.
“Why did you leave it book without a card in the first place!!! Fickle minded”
Now what they do is send a msg… tick in the box and then they give your room to someone else who would book directly or give more consistent business.
In my case they played smartly, only upon me checking on the message that they had sent, they said they will get back by 8PM
Then the same old story, i called you but couldn’t get through!
Next morning again i sent a msg asking if there’s an update on how can i make payment, they say they have only one room available!! And this is when i did check the previous evening, they had two rooms available but slightly higher category it seemed(ref screenshot proof)
Now when i have all my travel planned, I wasn’t left with a place to stay!!
Hence i am writing here to ensure, people like me don’t spoil their experience because of such unprofessional hotel team
