Had a wonderful stay. Waiting to stay again. Perfect for couples. Easily accessible and in the mid if the town... seriously you don't have any trouble in reaching the destination..kindy of personalized service they provide is commendable..

Very worst if u get this hotel for free pls dont go. They r bloody chor they manager is also a liar. Worst room like hel

Very worst exp the manager had convinced us they will send our power bank left with them still the liar is not sending our power bank. Our booking was in hotel ultimate they cancelled our booking and gave us this is worst worst hotel to us we didn't know they story when we came to know this chor people has took frm us the atm swipe money n cash also. They r bloody liar n chor

Most terrific stay and Hopeless Hotel

We had stayed in Kurinji residency-Ooty recently, the stay was not pleasant and the hospitality was hopeless. Also the approach road to this Hotel is very narrow road(galli) and the environment is not at all good and the behavior of the Hotel Management is terrifying and they charge the bill for no reason until we look into the bill properly and ask them why was this charged for which they will say this was included by mistake and they will give us the proper bill.
Never visit this Hotel again..

COmfortable stay

The hotel & it's staff is pleasant & courteous. Cleanliness & Hygiene is appreciable & upto the mark. Though the rooms need an uplift , the stay was extremely comfortable. The complimentart breakfast is excellent.

Decent hotel with clean rooms

The hotel room was exactly the same as published in their website. I had called the hotel directly to make a booking since it was early morning checkin. When I reported for checkin, the hotel staff was helpful and immediately handed over the key and asked me to first take rest and make the payment and other booking formalities later.
The room including bathroom was very clean. The room had 24 hours hot water facility. The only issue is the hotel is very next to a local theater, parking is a pain too if you travel by your own vehicle. Overall, good experience and will visit this hotel again for my coming trips to Ooty.
