ビジネス短期滞在に便利なホテル

仕事での定宿です。清潔で設備もきちんと管理されています。ベッドの寝心地が良いです。スタッフもきびきびとしていて、滞在中ストレスが少なくて済みます。レセプションのスタッフも多忙ながら、しっかり対応してくれます。特に女性スタッフのプリヤンカさんには丁寧にケアしてもらい、感謝です。部屋は広々というわけではないですが、出張滞在には充分です。ホテルの向かいにショッピングモールがあり、地下のフードコートが充実して便利です。ビジネスでの短期滞在にお勧めです。

Worst hotel ever

We checked in on 01st June night for one night:
1. Ac switch broken
2. Was basin water blocked
3. WC leaking
4. Water cattle no working
6. In the Room supplied double occupancy room only one Cup was placed When called for service one person walked in mask hanging at the neck and replace the water cattle so dirty! Hotel may deny so we kept picture of each issue we listed above

Unhelpful and clueless front office

I have stayed regularly at Red Fox Hotel, even as recently as Oct 2018. But my recent attempts at speaking to the front desk about my reservation have been appalling. I have had the misfortune of speaking to Simran and Gujiya on the phone and not only have they not been able to address the concern but event requests to speak to Duty Manager are not fulfilled, they either put you on hold or transfer to extensions where no one answers.
The hotel as a location is good, but staff training at the front desk leaves much to be desired.
