Wonderful family wedding event

We celebrated a family wedding event at BLVD Nashik. The hotel rooms are clean with comfortable beds and amenities. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast parlour and restaurant is spacious and gracious. The wedding event hall is conveniently accessible. Catering arrangements are elaborate with convenient coveted seating area. Overall an excellent venue to atrange a social event or a wedding ceremony and associated festivities . Parking is freely available and accessible. .

Good city hotel with potential but lacks professionalism

Location at prime place.. 2 days leisure stay..checkin was smooth..booked suite room was good.. spacious,clean,tidy with 2 bathroom and all amenities like tea-coffee,drinking water,toiletries etc.
Housekeeping was response and on time.
Buffet breakfast was below average. There was less variety in fruits, no grilled tomatoes or hash brown potatoes with egg,food items like paratha, idli,masala dosa,sambar etc were not tasty. The sports bar food items were ok but the rooftop restaurant-Panorama had really good ambience, delicious food and Cocktails like cucumber cooler,Bloody Mary with live music.
There was big negative incident with Elan spa where the manager Ankita was very unprofessional and inhospitable. She messed up our spa appointment and mood ..but after complaining to front desk, hotel arranged for discussion with F&B Manager and Head Chef. They both took care of the issue and tried resolving by providing spa session with discount.
Overall, hotel has potential but staff needs more training to ensure all services are handled properly and better food options in breakfast.

Had Great Experience..

Had a great experience hosting our event at The Vern BLVD Nashik. The arrangements were well managed, the food quality was excellent, and the overall experience was very smooth.
A special thanks to Matin and Pravin for their constant support and assistance throughout the event. They were extremely cooperative, responsive, and made sure everything was taken care of perfectly.
Thank you to the entire team for making our event a success. Highly recommended for corporate events and gatherings!

Best hotel to pick in Nashik

Best hotel to pick in Nashik. Rooms are good with all basic amenities. Staffs service is good. 3 km from the city centre Mall.
