Hotel location is good but the rooms, except one Super Deluxe, are extremely small and with basic amenities. All meals are to be paid extra but is of decent quality. Overall it's a good hotel considering that Namchi is a small village. Rose garden is within walking distane too.

Simple Resort surrounded by beautiful Nature
It's an opportunity to spend such a lovely time with my family in Dungmali Resort,it's actually beautiful and connected with nature as it's all surrounded by greenery and mountains views is just awesome from resort as it's on the hill top.Rooms were very neat and clean and basic amenities were kept in the every rooms.they have beautiful resturant and bar where we enjoyed a lots in the evening...see you again Dungmali Resort.

Most Memorable Experience!
Dungmali Resort REVIEW
Stayed 15th to 17th May 2022.
This a beautiful, small Resort managed by Mrs. Minoo a young dynamic lady – daughter of owners and her team of young boys n girls. All are courteous and ready offer their services. We asked Minoo, in case of medical emergency what help can be available? She said she stays in same premises, has her car and she herself would drive to hospital in case of need and there are 2-3 good hospitals she knows!
Location : Location is really beautiful. Blissful serenity inspires to meditate or just have lovely ‘my time’!
It is located on hills surrounded by lovely tall trees and lot of open space with sitting arrangement, swings and colorful flowers.
There are two cottages and also few rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor, first floor owners live.
View from rooms is lovely. There is balcony to rooms and having morning tea sitting in balcony is best holiday gift!
Rooms /cottages are clean and well maintained. Cottages are compact, not very spacious but we used to have tea coffee or even dinner outside the cottage, where there is sitting arrangement-a unique experience .
They have one Restaurant at road level two levels below hotel, which we did not find great. Room service is provided by this restaurant with additional charges. Serve both Veg and Non Veg food. Breakfast is on ala carte basis, we did not have. Dinner they served in room on one rainy evening was delicious and was served hot. Chef did not know what is Khichadi but still prepared delicious khichdi when my wife explained the recipe!
Free WiFi is available with good speed.
There is beautiful Rose Garden at just 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel where there is a really very good restaurant serves excellent Veg and Non Veg food and alcohol /cocktails at very reasonable rates. We used to go to this restaurant for lunch and dinner. Open 10am to 9 pm. I have written separate Review for this restaurant.
Another tourist attraction, a must visit place, Char Dham temples, replica of Char Dham yatra is close by. Local taxi would charge Rs 200 for drop.
Most of the Hotels and restaurants do not accept credit cards! Pay cash or thr GPay.
We had booked the cottage for two days directly talking to Ms. Minoo @ Rs 2500 per night including Tax but not breakfast. We liked the place so much that we extended the stay by one more day!
Most memorable stay. Would surely recommend!

Awesome mountain view!
This is winter so first of all very cold in Namchi, location is very nice , awesome mountain view,very neat and clean room and food is also good depends on taste, chardham and rose garden is in walkable distance,market is bit far if no personal car than taxi charges is bit high.

Excellent hospitality!
I had A wonderful experience at dungmali Heritage resort,the staff at this property are all great!they all made my 3 night stay memorable.The rooms were very clean and almost all necessary amenities are kept in rooms, above all The perfect Location of this property, surrounded by all natural and views from property is just wonderful!I have stayed many hotels in Sikkim ,but this was on the top of the best stays ever,will recommend to my colleagues.
