Average hotel

Hotel skylark is average hotel and facilities are limited. Services are good and food also good. Room facilities is average but room services are good. Staff are working helpful and friendly too. Need to improve.

Needs a makeover

Tubelights not working, windows not closing fully, floor carpet torn. Would recommend only for solo travellers planning to stay overnight. Near to railway station (1.5 kms). Got complimentary brkfst. Linen is good. Bathrooms could be better.

Leisure travellers avoid.

Skylark is located on central avenue which is quite close to wholesale market in Nagpur. So someone with work in Itwari or Gandhibagh will find it quite convenient. It is also quite near to the railway station. Food is okay. Rooms are passable. Sleep quality is poor due to lots of noise. Staff is poor. Leisure travellers should avoid it

Skylark bearable

Stayed for a night in the hotel recently. It is located on the central avenue not far from the Nagpur railway station. Room was very spacious with the windows opening towards the main road which made sleeping a bit difficult in view of the heavy traffic and outstation private buses starting from near by. Hotel staff was very polite though the services could be improved. Rooms and toilet are in need of renovation and colouring. Piping in the bathroom/ toilet can be made concealed as it looks shabby. There was big sofa also provided in the room but the stains on the same made it aesthetically un appealing. The menu card also was soaked in the stains of tea- hotel needs to spend some money and pay attention to these small things besides ensuring that the taps and piping in the toilet are properly functional. Staff sleeping in the entrance lobby during the night may be avoided as it presents a clumsy look for the guests. The room lights were also very dull. Room had refrigerator, TV and AC but geezer was missing in the bathroom.
