Nice Family hotel, Value for Money
Stayed at this hotel with my wife, probably 5th or 6th time. The location is great, staff friendly and room and bathroom clean and being serviced well. However, remember that here and in many hotels in Gujarat, they normally service rooms only in your presence.
Since I visit Nadiad fairly regularly, have stayed here often and get warm welcome. Vangi, the Thali restaurant is almost like part of the hotel and seves delicious Gujarati Thali, again value for money. All necessary utilities including other restaurants are either in the hotel building or within 5 minutes walkable distance. Local transport availble 24x7. Make sure to order your morning tea and breakfast well in advance as you don't get any before 7.15 AM. Also Check in Time of 10.00 AM and Check Out 9.00 AM is a bit odd.
In short, I strongly recommend this hotel for comfortable stay in Nadiad. Special thanks to Dhirenbhai & Jitu.

Not bad
I stayed here for 8 nights and had a pleasant stay. We had a few issues with hot water and the laundry service but Dinesh who worked night shifts was extremely helpful and very nice!! Will come here again. The restaurant in the hotel was amazing - definitely recommend!

Good food
We visited twice a month ..good Gujarati food with cheap rate also quality of food is very good. Service of serving for food is very fast and good clean area with comfortable sitting arrangements ...nice hotel ...

My all time worst stay
Stayed here for a business visit to Nadiad. It was the worst hotel stay that I have encountered over the last 18-19 years. Here's why:
1. Room: First the positive - I was booked for a double bed and the room size was very good. Spacious room which made the first impression very good. The furniture was okay but this is where the things started going downhill. On stepping into the washroom, there was some residue from previous use in the pot and I saw two large stains on the commode. Although "Disinfected" paper tag was proudly displayed, clearly the commode wasn't cleaned. As I called the housekeeping to come and clean it, the guy just came with a piece of cloth and wiped it off. This gave me shivers as to what kind of linen would be used in my room and where has it been. The bed linen was also stained but i had no courage to get that changed. The AC does not work properly and the fan either runs at full speed or at zero. The towel stinks and basically I just wanted to minimize my contact with any of the things in the room. When I ordered for mineral water, the guy brought a locally packed bottle which tasted very odd. Overall, i had a very restless night because I was seriously disturbed by the lack of hygiene in the room. And in the morning, 4 other colleagues had exactly similar experience. So I know that this wasn't the exception.
Staff: Pathetic staff. The guy who come to clean the wash room wouldn't leave after doing the job. He kept looking around waiting for me to tip him. He sheepishly kept asking me if i wanted anything else. Since I had given him some tip 5 minutes back, I never thought every visit would mean paying him off. He was creepy. The front desk was also not much better. The guy there was rude and unhelpful. Overall, a pathetic staff managing the place
Amenities: This place does not serve you buffet breakfast, so you have to order the food in your room. No one told us this and in the morning, I did not have breakfast at the hotel. The place does not have gym. They don't even have an iron to get your clothes ironed. Quite a sad place.
Overall: While the fixtures in the washroom are of top grade, the service levels are so pathetic that you don't want to touch anything. I could have been a pretty nice place given the physical infrastructure they have....unfortunately, the management is just incompetent.

Good rooms
I stayed in hotel concert word for 4 days. Rooms are very clean and restaurant facility is good....... overall good ratings..
Rooms are cleaning on daily basis. Bathroom an toilet is also maintained very well. AC rooms are very good. Small fridge is available. Seperate table and Diwan set is also available in deluxe rooms. Overall my experience is good and you can comfortably stay in this hotel when you visit to Nadiad Gujarat.
