About my exprencies

It was good stay, good location, foreigners around you in this area and lastly clean and good room service. No restaurant here but in about 10 minutes of walking you can find market where Famous Nariyal Pani and Nadpal restaurant is there for good South Indian and north Indian food. From UBER,Ola cabs it takes almost 250-300 Rs. for chamundi hills and brindavan garden each and For Mysore palace, Zoo and Rail Mussuem within 100 each. The hotel location between chamundi hills and Brindavan garden. Good stay and recommend for Budget stay!!

Average accommodation

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. Location is calm residential area. Nice. With your own vehicle location would be fine.
Coming to room, bit disappointed as we thought it's a studio apartment in real sense. However it's just a room with attached bathroom and in the name of kitchenette, an oven, induction cooker and few utensils. No sink, nothing to wash utensils etc. No dining space or table.
Note this cannot be categorised as studio apartment, it's fooling us.
Other average items were dirty carpets, no proper tv channels, old towels. They didn't clean the room, neither did the bed, nor refilled items like water, tea/coffee sachets etc. even we stayed for 2 nights and was expecting cleaned room every day. How can it be service apartment?
Other irritating factor is every sound from outside coming in, so would be from inside out.
They seems overly concerned on light usage. Security came and told that we forgot to switch off bathroom light in the night it seems.  Not recognising the factors like we didn't use AC at all in the night and out of 24hrs mostly will be out. That's the service mentally for you that for such small thing they complaint to the guest.
WiFi strength is extremely poor.
My advice, don't go thinking it's any apartment, if you fine with a room in a calm area away from City hussel, then for a night it's fine.

Great Value Budget Hotel

Nice Apartments/Rooms. Clean Rooms and Facility. All required services in place without much fanfare (that we find in some hotels). Nice locality with good residences around. Market area can be reached by driving for 5-10 mins. Food can be ordered in room.

a home in mysore

We are student of KPJAYI. I stayed in Trinity house from Jan.25th until March 1st with my son. The location is great, just opposite of Saraswathi's shara, security in the night, very safe and super convience for early morning mysore practice with long queue waiting. My room was on the top floor with micro oven, electric stove, refrigerator for basic cook, big roof with nice view. 5 mins walking to the big shala, banks, 10 mins walking to the shops and restaurant, 5mins walking to the supermarket....... Besides that, Manager Vishwakeerthi is very kind for all of us, help us a lot, especially the last day make the bill for Eva to apply for visa extension. Receptionists like Muddu and Bharath always available, take are of us like family! cleaning lady keep the room tidy everyday! In a word, I feel trinity house is like my home in mysore! Definately will come back and stay more longer next trip.

Review of varsha enclave delta house

Me and my wife stayed in Varsha enclave delta house Mysore from 09/01/19 to 08/02/19 exactly for one month.Delta house is a brand new building on the 8th main road 3rd stage Gokulam Mysore.I think we were the first customer to stay in the one bedroom apartment we had booked.The apartment consisted of one bedroom,living room ,kitchen and a bathroom.The apartment was on the first floor and was spic and span meaning very clean. There was a sofa, big flat screen TV and a four seater dinning table. The kitchen was self sufficient with a microwave oven, induction cooker,electric kettle two pressure cookers two non stick pans and enough glasses ,cups and spoons and forks. There was a large fridge in the kitchen.The apartment had three balconies. The bedroom had a large comfortable double bed and a large wardroom.
The housekeeping gang of three girls were very efficient and a cheerful lot. The office staff and the security people were extremely polite and helpful.I met mr Ajeeth the owner on the last day and found him to be a very nice young gentleman.
Eating places and supermarkets are near by.The nearest supermarket was the Nilgiris where you could buy almost anything. I forgot to mention that there is 24 *7 security in the place. I used to buy drinking water for RS 50/- for 20litres from the office. I really enjoyed my stay of one month in Varsha Enclave Delta house.
The only thing I missed there was a stool in the bathroom to have a sit down bath and some microwave oven safe utensils. I really wish to thank the staff to make our stay a holiday to remember. Thank you.
