Value for money

Rooms are spacious and can accomodate 4 people with an extra bed. Hotwater 24/7. Good restaurants nearby. All tourists spots at 5 km distance. Away from hustle and buzz of the city. Can have a good sleep in the quite environment.

None of the basic complimentary items were provided and when enquired they mentioned that there is a high demand and supply issue and hence could not provide any of those. Though the staff explained the situation as a chain of hotels and management its staff responsibility that these things are taken care up front.
Also their standard check in time is 1pm and checkout time is 11am. Despite of what ever time we check in the checkout is next day at 11am. This is a big negative side of booking any hotel with such rules. Checkout time should always be calculated based on the checkin time.
Over all the property is clean but too many unhappy moments

The hotel is new and generally clean. The AC worked well, but the TV cable had issues, requiring multiple calls to reception. Although the hotel description mentioned an extra bed, only a mattress was provided without a blanket. Additionally, there were few restaurants and shops within walking distance, making dining options limited. On the plus side, Expedia/hotel Offer one free night at the end of our stay.

its vawsome very nice stay nearest highway going ion front of hotel its waynad ooty coimbatore highway rooms are clean location awsome also staff very polite break fast also good over all good hotel treebo branding niice

nice hotel

location u can see outer 4 kilo meeter but scilent area and rooms are big ooty highway going that inh front of hotel so its easy to communicate all area also staff polite all helping mentality and break fast nice also totaly good hoptel
