Avoid booking this hotel through OYO

Had booked a room at Vyshak International through OYO.On reaching this place, they flatly denied check-in.As other reviewers have posted similar experiences,I would suggest you to totally avoid this hotel.The front desk were not at all cooperative in resolving this issue.

OYO OYO : OH NO NO NEVER!!!

I am writing this review to request all the readers to avoid booking oyo rooms online.
I Booked a room on Expedia website oyo rooms (Vyshak International). When I reached there in the evening at 6pm, to my horror I was told by the hotel owner there that they don’t have any contract with oyo because oyo owed them huge amounts. I called Expedia helpline several times to provide alternative room to me, but they kept putting me on hold for 30 minutes each time and finally cutting off. Finally one person on Expedia told me they can’t help me (!!!!), they will reimburse my amount! It was 9pm then. After travelling for 350 Kms, we were stranded on the road for 3 hours. Fortunately, after asking in 5 hotels, we found one room in a very expensive hotel which I wouldn’t have booked otherwise at all!!
The problem is with Expedia and Oyo both. Please avoid Oyo rooms. Please be careful wen u book through Expedia.

poor service , poor management

i had booked south tour package , they charge maximum amount , even charge money for those who are not came , also took extra money and said this money will return within 24 hr bt till now they does not return my 8000 rupees.
please be aware while select your tour package ..

Denied the online booking through trip advisor

Such a terrible experience, due to the sudden rush, the hotel officials claimed they stopped online bookings and my booking is not valid. It was such a rude behavior for people in hospitality sector.
I had to contact the booking website to get the refund and they were bit more helpful.

Was there for a holiday

We stayed there for a night, it was horrible experience, The hotel reception person was good, but cafeteria people are so rude, room service was bad and waiters was so careless about the customers and they didnt not understand the customer requirements.
