Thane club visit
I visited the banquet hall with my friends, and the experience was extremely disappointing.
The air conditioning on the ground-floor reception area was not working at all. Normally, when you enter an indoor venue from outside, you expect a cool and comfortable environment, but there was absolutely no cooling. The atmosphere was very uncomfortable and unpleasant.
Additionally, there was no cold drinking water available for guests, which is a basic facility that should be provided, especially at an event venue.
To make matters worse, there was a power outage after some time, causing further inconvenience to the visitors.
Overall, the management and facilities were far below expectations. I would not recommend this venue unless these issues are addressed and service standards are improved.

Worst breakfast, worst customer care
Most average experience.
1. They don't have buffet breakfast.
In a la carte breakfast, they said, you can order only one dish per person.
In which nothing was available. We had only Dosa and idli as option.
2. Previous used soap was kept as it is. No shower gel was there.
3. Receptionist could not give anu satisfactory answers to anything requested.
4. At core thane place , she told us at 10 things that are unavailable.

deteriorating management of cub
I am a member of this club for more than 3 years now.. And I see the deteriorating attitude with respect o the management of the club. Usually I stay away from social media to vent out my point of view, but the actions of this club recently has made it inevitable to put the facts where all can see. This is being done since the club management is not taking the complaints regarding the club mismanagement from the members themselves seriously. Off late the club seems to be only interested in avenues for making money rather than making sure the purpose for which membership is being extended remains the area of focus. We have been patiently take into our stride all the inconveniences caused due to the functions and events conducted in the main club space e.g. the pool are. The pool is where we go for our dose of exercise. This is the area that is most abused.
1. Dirty pool water that is not taken care of for months on end.
2. People attending the events held at the poolside making a mess of the shower and changing rooms
3. people visiting the restaurants blatantly taking pictures of the pool side when the pool is in active use with total disregard for privacy concerns of members.
The icing on the cake is when access to members of the female gender was restricted to the main Olympic size pool because the whole changing area in use by female members was cordoned off due to an event being organized by the club.
This in spite of the club having knowledge of the fact that the main changing area for female members is undergoing renovation and as is we are inconvenienced.
Weekend is the period where members like us who are busy with work the full week are able to wind down by having our dose of exercise.
No one from the club management was available to make a note of complaint from members. It looks like they are bothered about member reaction only when accepting membership fees and annual maintenance fees. Not about anything one fees is paid.
I would rethink about recommending this club to friends and family or at least would make sure that all these points are mentioned to them so that they can make a proper decision.
I would even rethink about extending the club membership. It was only 3 - 4 months back that we were ready to extend our membership with the club. Not so keen.

Family get together at Masaledar restaurant Thane Club
We with some of the family members who are members of the Thane Club arranged a get together for a family gathering. The lunch buffet was very good with a variety of starters and main course items. The desserts were nice as well. The ambience with the view of an Olympic size pool is pleasant. The staff hosts are very efficient.
