We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The check-in was quick and efficient, and the food at the restaurant was very good.
The staff were excellent—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. A special mention to Duty Manager Haneef, who went out of his way to assist my mother, who uses a wheelchair. His kindness, care, and personal attention were truly appreciated and made our stay much more comfortable.
The only downside was the soundproofing between the rooms, as we could quite clearly hear noise from the next room. Improving this would make the overall experience even better.
Overall, a very good experience, especially thanks to the wonderful staff and exceptional service from Haneef. Highly recommended.

It's very inconvenient to pickup hotel guest because private vehicles like car can't come in front of Niranta Hotel

I would not book this again. The hotel was easy to find, and the breakfast was decent. This is about where the good points stop. Checking in was a rushed experience with the concierge speaking so fast, that I never caught the wifi password nor had the chance to ask again. Not that there was much need for it, as the wifi didn’t work at all. Furthermore, the walls are paper thin. Anything happening in the hallway (e.g. other guests coming and going) or in the neighbouring room was clearly audible in the room. This is not optimal for a short overnight stay, for which the only purpose was to catch some sleep before the next flight.

I had a very disappointing experience with Hotel Niranta Transit. The hotel refused to allow my family members to enter because they did not have airport tickets. The biggest issue is that this requirement was never clearly mentioned during the booking process.
If having a valid airport ticket is mandatory for entry, it should be explicitly stated on the booking page and made a mandatory confirmation before completing the reservation. Without this information, customers can easily book the hotel under the wrong assumption and face unnecessary inconvenience upon arrival.
The lack of transparency in communicating such an important policy is unacceptable. I hope the hotel updates its booking process to clearly display this requirement and prevent other guests from having the same frustrating experience.
