Perfect

Very clean hotel. They have helpful staff.
Place very well situated. Near the bus station, railway station, rapid access to Santacruz East and West. Shopping in the area is wonderful. Gopal Krishna Veg restaurant, which is at the ground floor of the hotel serves delicious food.
Wonderful stay.
Will definitely recommend to other persons.

Beware of booking this hotel

This hotel has gone worst , both the rooms were in worst conditions.. whole night we were disturbed by rats and mosquitoes and the room conditions have gone poor. Have been a customer for last 15 years but now be aware before booking this hotel. This hotel in total needs renovation . I paid 9600 for one night in this hotel.. was totally waste of money. And when i talked to there manager Mr Mark he was so arrogant about all the above matters

nice stay

my husband and i stayed at sai inn in 2015 and in jan 23, we chose to spend our 2 night at sai inn. Though the hotel lacks maintenance and renovation, we enjoyed our stay.Hotel staffs are very helpful.

Good Stay

The hotel is slightly ageing out. I have been given a room which was very stinking and was very low maintained. they did change it very soon but the room was a bit small. The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is just outside santacruz station on airport side. I will recommend this hotel for night stay while in transit in Mumbai

Good Place to stay near Mumbai Airport

Its a nice place eight on the main road conveniently accessible from all corners of the city . The moment one enters the reception area it gives a good impression. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are well kept with all modern amenities & comfortable. Food quality is good and service is prompt. The buffet breakfast is great with variety.
