Cool and comfy Spiritual Holiday.

Very helpful , courteous staff.Mr.Keshav at the front office deserves a special mention.Mr Puneet Verma the G M was available round the clock to solve any problem or provide any help. The villa was really spacious and comfortable.It kept the whole family together.

We were booked in so called Villas, which are nothing but duplex apartments. There are 3 rooms 2 are with attached bats and 3rd has only WC but no bathing facility. Also lacking power points to connect chargers etc. Only 1 point which is connected with TV. Either wach TV, put good knight or charge phone.
Property is old and not properly maintained. Shower knob was jammed.
No inhouse dinning room/restaurant.
In fact these apartments are privately owned which are taken on lease.
Having said all above, they provided room heaters as it was very cold.

Shambles at Country Inn

We booked the place for a marriage function, and to say the least the entire ordeal left a bad taste in the mouth. We booked the venue 10 months before the event was to take place and even till the day before the function the venue was in shambles. The General Manager was ready to give us a refund for the amount paid as well. However, a family having a wedding program and having their relatives landing a day later does not have the option to cancel the event. We had to pull our own people to direct and make sure the venue was ready for the event. However, the rooms were in absolutely horrible condition with termite-ridden carpets, nails sticking out of the doors, service being super slow, wedding decorators organized by the hotel staff working in a substandard manner. Everything which could have done wrong did go wrong. I thank my heavens that my family members stuck together and managed the event in the end.
Additionally, a special mention to the General Manager of the property, Deepak Thakur, who had been asking for cash payments for the event, so that he doesn't have to pay taxes. On the day of the event, we found out that he was serving his notice and the hotel staff did not have the courtesy to inform us. We got saved from getting duped. I mean how exactly does this happen?

Advance not refund

He visited with my friend but he didn't like it so what I had given in advance it's been 1 week still not returned he didn't give any advance and no one is replying I have ever seen such useless staff, its owner Garg ji should do some focus

Worst

Bathrooms are not working light is going within secs and staff is slow in hospitality No security anyone can assess the room watchman staff people anyone food Is not good and this place is not clean at all spiders and lizards are in the room
