Pathetic is a small word for this hotel
Stayed there for 2 days. Will write my experience directly.
1. Bead sheet was dirty and torn: Had to Complan multiple times but it was not changed until a day.
2. TV was there but setup box was missing: For my entire stay the TV did not work. The answer I got was the setup box was not recharged / had less money.
3. Forget getting hot water, there was NO water for 3 hrs in the morning every day between 8-11. The entire guests were down and complaining.
4. Lift did not work, had to walk 3 floors. Stairs had all beer bottle and trash lying around.
5. Free breakfast: We got idli sambar without spoons. Asked then to give, it too them 40 mins to get spoon.
Brainless management, pathetic service. To sum it up horrible horrible experience.

Worst place I ever been to in india BEWARE!!
I wish I would of read the reviews before booking this place wow boy oh boy was I in for a TREAT absolutely HORRIBLE and disrespectful managers. I originally booked for 4 nights but I only lasted one night because of the beds and other things but let’s talk about
THE BEDS- Are stiff HARD AS A ROCK it’s literally like you’re sleeping on the floor. I was told it’s soft and because I’m a “foreigner” I didn’t like it. Foreigner or not the bed is extremely HARD you can’t sleep like that I felt like I was sleeping on a rock hard floor. The management showed me other beds in the hotel to try to help me another room and it seriously was the same exact hard beds in EVERY ROOM.
WIFI- WiFi did NOT work as it was advertised as a free WiFi hotel one of the main reasons I picked it. Staff had no answer on why it wasn’t working.
Bathrooms are okay atleast it was hot water but the windows in the bathroom was busted out two tiles which alerted me someone can easily slip their hands inside and access my room!
The following morning I stood for almost 3 hours fighting the managers on why I should be released from my contract of 4 night absolutely ridiculous. I’m shocked and hurt the way this hotel was I felt disrespected a bit. NEVER AGAIN!

Being caught unaware through online booking
We had booked a room at TimeSquare hotel at West Thane which is run under the franchise of fab hotels through Trivaggo.
It was a nightmare experience where you realized how can one be duped in this era of digitalization and apps
The facilities and photographs shown on site were awesome . When spoke on the phone before booking , the communication was indeed in a very professional manner.
The entrance was a the first shock when one has to cross through a crowd of vegetable sellers to enter the hotel.
No dinning hall , no cooking arrangements. Used , old and faded linnen . Service terrible and hygiene a big no .
Just got cheated.

Nothing Fab About Fab Hotels
Worst hotel ever! The entry itself smells bad and you can see rats running around the main entrance. First of all when my family booked the hotel from the app, they showed amount for 15 days- 13,000 INR and when we went to the hotel, they demanded additional 39,000 as a hidden cost. Beware of such cheats! After that, when they agreed to refund only after cutting the cost of 2 nights, we agreed to stay for two days. And then when they asked us to show the passport- they said foreigners are not allowed (They had nowhere mentioned this in their terms and policies) Now we asked them to refund full amount and they said 5 working days. Its been more than that and we haven't received any amount. We have been fooled!! Never trust this brand!

Good Option near by to Thane railway station
This hotel is located hardly 500 mts from Thane railway station. Its just opposite to Time square. Staffs were good, mostly young people. I stayed 4 nights, may be it's my bad luck there were some issues happened with my stay.
1. Bath room was not hygienic(Water was getting stuck and could smell very bad)
2. The last night-i.e 22nd May I could heard so much noises from my neighbour room. I gave up after complaining 3 times. Things went worst in the late night by 3-4AM, I could here only vulgar languages.
As a traveller we want a good sleep and a hygienic room.
1. Bath room was not hygienic(Water was getting stuck and could smell very bad)
2. The last night-i.e 22nd May I could heard so much noises from my neighbour room. I gave up after complaining 3 times. Things went worst in the late night by 3-4AM, I could here only vulgar languages.
