Exceptional Service Made Our Family Trip Unforgettable

We traveled with our family and had an absolutely wonderful stay. The service was top-notch from start to finish—Alden (apologies if I’ve misspelled the name!) went above and beyond when a couple in our group celebrated their birthdays, quickly connecting us with someone who arranged a cake at the last minute. The food was equally excellent; we savored authentic Indian dishes, flavorful Chinese, and even delicious pizza.

Great view of lake and Food

Great food and ambience . Well taken care by Mr Alden and chef Vijay Parmar. Will come back and try out the property . Good experience. Must try. The kebabs were awesome. The scenic view of lake was very refreshing. The rooms seems to be excellent

Beautiful property with inadequate management.

Beautiful location and well-made rooms. But pathetic service and management. Housekeeping doesn't answer their calls and Electricity was out since 10pm. We couldn't sleep without the AC amd after 12.30 even the lights and Fan went off. Total blackout and the room became insufferable.
The restaurant is pretty good and the manager Aldin does a good job managing it. Staff is responsive and quick. Food is tasty and VFM. Food portions are small but so is the price.
For the price they charge for the rooms, completely not worth it. Specially with the power outages... completely unexpected from luxury resorts.
Would stop here for food every time I go to Malshej, but the hotel is not worth a second try.

Nightmare on Vacation Street: Exposing the Horrors of Blue Resort, Malshej!

Utterly hopeless resort. We spent 25,000/- to book a 3 night stay here and 2 of the 3 days, the swimming pool was not working due to filter breakage. Thanks to this, the only activity in the property was shut down for 2 whole days.
What was more shocking and baffling to hear is that the staff working at the property tell us that they don't know the names of have the number of the property owners. We have no where to go in the hot summer days, we were stuck inside our rooms with nothing better to do.
If this is what we had to do, we wouldn't have driven for 5 hours and paid so much money to come to this bloody resort.
There's not even a single person who is willing to offer any sort of compensation. To make things worse, the reception staff has the nerve to give argumentative responses to our questions & refuses to give us clear timelines on resolving the issue.

Just we have stayed in Blu Water Resort Malshej
1.Rooms.
Are 2 much good view and the rooms are couple family room ☺️ we just loved it MR. Yash have given us best discount and Best service And special thanks to House keeping team. Mr. Pramod/Kiran.The provided us everything which we need there was our big group Mr. Yash was to much friendly person he explanation us about near by visiting places. Special thanks to Yash. Keep going God bless you
2.Food.
Food was to much yummy and tasty and special thanks captain Shubam he suggested us to try the special Marathi Misal pav the the taste of misal is to much yummy Just mind-blowing.We have loved this place to much. Overall the full staff is to much good. Special thanks to counter staff they have accepted our plexx members ship.
