Absolutely Horrendous Experience – Stay Away at All Costs!
If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would. Hotel Three Star in Kharghar is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. Not only is the place filthy and mismanaged, but the staff here are nothing short of thieves.
We stayed here for five nights, and everything seemed fine—until we realized that ₹21,000 of our money had been stolen. Instead of taking responsibility or even investigating, the staff shamelessly blamed us for being careless. As if that wasn’t bad enough, they had the audacity to start checking through our bags and room—like we were the criminals! It was humiliating, infuriating, and downright unacceptable.
With no apology and zero assistance from the management, we were forced to immediately check out and find another accommodation on our own. There was no remorse, no accountability—just a disgusting display of arrogance and dishonesty.
For anyone considering this hotel: RUN in the opposite direction. Do yourself a favor and avoid this horrible, unsafe, and unprofessional establishment at all costs. Hotel Three Star is a disgrace to the hospitality industry.
Stay here at your own risk—your money and peace of mind are not safe!
