Excellent Hotel
Rooms were neat, specious. Bath rooms were well maintained, well equipped with modern amenities.
Complementary breakfast was provided. It’s very good spread. Especially crispy dosas & Sambar were delicious. Idlys & Pongal was super tasty.
I strongly suggest this Hotel for families as well as friends groups.

PLEASANT AND PEACEFULNESS AT AVS IMPERIAA
After a long and busy schedule, I finally got the opportunity to share my review of the beautiful AVS Imperiaa Hotel, Karaikal / Thirunallar, where I stayed in mid-July.
From the moment I checked in until the time I checked out, everything was exceptionally smooth and pleasant. The welcome at the reception was warm and professional, and the entire team was courteous, attentive and helpful throughout my stay.
The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well maintained, with all the essential amenities for a relaxing stay. The overall ambience of the hotel was elegant and peaceful.
I particularly enjoyed the food and breakfast, which offered a good variety and authentic flavours. The dining experience was equally enjoyable, with prompt and friendly service from the restaurant team.
The rooftop swimming pool is another attractive feature of the property and a wonderful place to unwind. The hotel's location is also very convenient, especially for guests visiting Thirunallar Temple and the nearby Navagraha temples, while still being well connected to Karaikal and surrounding destinations.
What impressed me most was the warm hospitality and genuine service attitude of the staff. Every interaction made the stay feel comfortable and welcoming.
Overall, AVS Imperiaa is a wonderful choice for families, friends, business travellers and pilgrims looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the Karaikal–Thirunallar region.
A little delayed in sharing this review due to my busy schedule, but the experience definitely deserves to be remembered and appreciated.

Worst Experience at AVS IMperiaa hotel
I had booked a Suite Room at AVS Imperiaa hotel for our chief executive officers – Mr. Venkatesh Kannappan (MD), Mr. Sachin Pillai (MD- ), and Mr. Santhosh (Business Head- ). Unfortunately, they faced a very disappointing experience during their stay at last night, the room which is provided like executive not an suite category rooms.
Stayed on September 05th.
The issues faced were:
1.Room service not working – even for the suite room.
2.Toilet flush not working – completely unacceptable for a premium room.
3.Toilet door not functioning properly.
4.Shower line connection was reversed – hot water was coming from the normal water line and vice versa.
5.Poor food quality – we ordered buttermilk, but were served only salty water instead.
We chose this hotel based on the positive reviews on social media, but those reviews are completely misleading. In reality, the hotel is not suitable even for basic category stays, forget about executive or business-level guests.
Overall, this was the worst hotel experience ever. I strongly recommend NOT booking AVS Imperiaa for anyone, whether for personal or professional stays.

WORST HOTEL IN KARAIKAL
I wonder how they get 4.3 rating.
The hotel’s management sucks, man.
1.The entrance was blocked by a car they leaves us unable to park our Tempo bus. Moreover will did informed the receptionist but he told us he can’t do anything and we have to unload our baggage out the pavements.
2The rooms that one of the clients checked in, the toilet was so smelly. We did inform the room services ans they came over to check. We were informed that they will clean the toilet but came back with air freshener instead.
3Most of the rooms the power plugs did not work.
4 they was not welcome drinks as the temperature was so hot during that time.
5.The receptionists was cold and like “sombies”
6.At the restaurant the service was so slow and bad.
The food was tasteless and poor quality.
We ask for another bottle of water and was shocked to hear we have to pay 46 rupees.
When we ask the manager he told it is not chargeable and free
7.They want to charge us 1000 rupees for 1 hour of extension during check out.
8.When we complain that the services was so poor, later the receptionist called and told we can extend 1 hr but we all declined.
SO PLEASE DO NOT PATRONISE THIS HOTEL, PLEASE THERE IS ANOTHER HOTEL NEWLY OPEN TRY
