Value for money and a decent view
Staff is courteous and friendly, i had checked in 2 hours early based on an advanced request
The hotel is at the extreme end of Palolem and the rooms are situated on a natural height of the foot hills which is why you get a good sea view. It was bit tiring to carry a baby and climb several times everyday.
Overall satisfied with the room, amenities, staff and check in/out process. Would definitely consider in future trips.

Mixed feelings.
BUT... it was very hard to find and once we got there, a man started to grab our bags without saying anything and he wasn’t in uniform. Obviously this was a little weird. The reception was a little shack and we were told we were unable to pay by card even though there was a card reader right in front of us. We agreed we would pay at a later date after we had been to a cashpoint as we didn’t have enough on us. There wasn’t any staff around for most of our stay, other than a security guard who sat outside at night time. After we left, they cancelled our booking (we booked through booking.com) and registered us as a no show. This makes perfect sense as to why they wanted cash only and that they were trying to dodge booking fees.
Overall, this place is beautiful just need to work on the professionalism of the resort.

Worst experience
1) Not exactly sea facing:
Sea is away from all rooms, you might have a view of sea but from 200Mtrs!
2) Not safe for family:
As advertised, not at all safety for kids and family.
3) Beware of insects:
You can find many insects accompanied on bed.
4) No door for toilet!!!
Can't speak about it.
5) Rooms provided are not the same like advertised or booked:
"Double delux rooms" is the room of size of 10*11 feets with double bed and nothing more. Worst and unclean. These people keep fooling around customers.
6) No Availibilty of food:
Shockingly, food facility was closing on second day of our stay. How can someone fool around people about the food availability. Just a shame.

1.sea is 50 meters away from property not 200 meters,dont take your personal matter here and misguide
2.sir you wanted coconut oil handmade at 2am to massage your 7 months kid as he was crying ,we dont use that oil for any purpose at property,we said will take to doctor or call doctor at 2am but u said no
3.sir ,when all windows and doors are kept open with room lights on ,insects do come in full palolem beach
4.our concept is curtains not doors,some like it some dont
5.delus double room is size of 24 by 16 feet and fake pictures are not created,what u were accepting we dont know.we never fool customers,booking companies do come and check property before listing
6.in April 80 percent restaurants are closed on beach and ours also,
My personal request to u is that next time book concrete made hotel with air con,dont compromise for money when u have small kid,on beach nothing is concrete as per law.
For 1200 rupees night u compromised everything

Rudest manager ever
There are infinitely better places in vicinity in terms of money value and hospitality. Give this place a miss unless you want to risk your vacation for nothing.

Actually problem was not with u but booking site which did not pay us for long time so we decided not to host any guest from this site so we told you to cancel booking before you arrive 2 days before may be .
Try us next time and for sure you will enjoy this place ,
