Excellent place for destination wedding
A perfect place for a wedding or any other event. Such a lovely location... Amidst the beautiful Dhauladhar ranges and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We organized my son's wedding there. A perfect destination wedding place. I would like to thank Meghna and Ravinder Ji for organizing everything so perfectly. Sudden heavy rain made me so tense and nervous but they have shifted the whole event to inside without any hassle and with lovely decorations. The property is very beautiful and has different awesome places for haldi, mahendi or any other small wedding rituals. Thanks for decorating the place as per bride and groom expectations.
On the other hand place is perfect for relaxation also. Beautiful cottages with all the necessary amenities. Staff is polite and ready to help. Food is amazing.
Everything is perfect...the location, food, decorations and service. I will definitely recommend this place for destination weddings and organizing any other events or just to sit and relax.

Not a Resort_No facilities
I stayed there for 3 nights. We booked it as it was showing all facilities on web that a family needs including Pet Friendly accommodation. But when we reached on the location, here is our experience:
1. No Swimming pool in the property. A fountain was named as a swimming pool and when front desk was connected for the concern, they were reluctant to operate it. Although after repeated pressure they agreed to fill the water but never cleaned it. The fountain had all dirt and frogs in the so called pool.
2. Owner of the property lives inside - I have never seen a person from hospitality industry with such rough behaviour. We directly asked him for a pain killer medicine since we had a long travel. But the owner never came back to us. Not to miss, I never saw a smile on his face, rather he was only shouting on his staff in front of us (may be to give us some message).
3. Rooms and bathrooms were made just for a tick mark and not for a stay pleasure. TV wires hanging around making a mess, bathroom mirror over the sink was meant for a 6 ft person only (I could never find myself in it), taps leaking, no fan or light over the dining table.
4. I booked for breakfast & Dinner buffet - but no buffet system available. You order a La Carte, thats it. I ordered three types of chicken curries on different days but the preparation was same (no matter what u order).
Overall it was a waste of money for me & my family. I would never recommend this place to anyone even for free.

An Oasis of Peace
If you are looking for your perfect place to stay in the Palampur area look no further. Nature Bloom Resort is immersed in nature and silence. Staff is courteous and goes out of their way to make sure you are having an enjoyable stay. We cannot thank enough the owners who showed us so much compassion and kindness as we were searching for a particular place for two adults and two dogs that were undergoing surgery. The villas are spacious, have A/C, a balcony and a kitchen. There is green everywhere, making it a great place for walks, and breathing fresh air. We will definitely visit again.

All eyewash
Friends invited me to visit the place as they came to stay over weekend from Jalandhar. Given Covid time we thought of the place to be be save from crowd. But shocked to see marriages being organised without checking any RTPCR. When asked the food boy if he is tested he responded in negative. So much careless attitude and arrogance of the owner..complete disrespect of the elderly...handling of material is not sanitised. How such resorts are running with complete disregard to fundamentals of hygiene or hospitality.

Nature Bloom resort has held more than 5 marriages within this pandemic season, all were carried out with special precautions and while following the guidelines. None of the guests were infected, or got infected after the event because we took the safety of our guest with utmost priority.

Not Recommended at all
Owner Mr. Ravindra Sharma was Very Rude & Bad, Does't have sense of talk & how to behave with Corporates, Very Poor Services, Hospitality Services were not mark appropriate. Every one in our group complaining about the services of Resort. Not recommended with either Individuals, Families or Corporates.
