Excellent

An excellent place to stay. Staff was friendly. This proved to be a memorable experience. Nice room nice view. Rooms are clean spacious and well maintained.

Disappointment

Was disappointed with my stay. The service did not meet my expectations, and the room was not as clean or well-maintained as advertised. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the overall guest experience.

Horrible experience of katson hotel it was bhoot bungalow

Worst service and no facility in hotel don't waste money in this hotel food was not good and no basic facility in morning no water for bath breakfast start after 8 45 and dinner after 10 pm very bakwas hotel

One of the worst hotels in Naddi.

If I could give less than one star, I would, since the hotel was absolutely pathetic. The water was murky and the toilets were dirty. The hotel was unhygienic. The breakfast was not ready on time and we had to leave with hungry stomachs.

Horrible experience

Do yourself a favor and NEVER book a stay here. If you are considering it, run the other way.
​We paid premium, five-star prices expecting a luxury experience, but what we got was worse than a neglected roadside motel. The service isn't just bad; it’s literally non-existent.
​Here is a quick breakdown of our horrific experience:
​No Staff: The place is a ghost town. There is absolutely no one around to help, answer questions, or handle complaints. You are entirely on your own.
​No Water: We woke up to find absolutely no running water in the bathroom or the toilet. Basic sanitation apparently costs extra here.
​The "Breakfast" Disaster: They claim breakfast is included, but there was nothing set out. When we finally tracked down a shred of food, they served us expired, moldy bread and completely uncooked, raw vegetables. It’s a health hazard.
​This place is a total scam. Charging luxury rates for third-class, hazardous service is unacceptable. No one should ever visit here. Save your money and your sanity!
