Lovely hotel nestled amongst the trees

A beautiful hotel in a serene area amongst the trees in Dharamkot. The staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful. Breakfast included was delicious with Indian options and also omelettes and room service was also very good. Nothing was a problem for the staff and the location was very handy to the shopping areas, temples, waterfall and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

Rude behaviour with worst hospitality

My stay in Cloud chat was very bad experience. Paying 6k per night and getting a service which is not worth for 1k. Very basic facility of wifi is not working in the room. Latching to wifi is so erratic and frustating that I cannot working for a min.
This was still not the major issue. The issue was that the approach from the reception staff (Mr Vinay) as he was very rude. Staff is not at all trained and hospitality is to the minimum. Not happy at all. Sorry to say this.

Wonderful view

Wonderful view from balcony, great service and worth the cost. Dharmakot has no high end hotel and this is the best We had excellent experience with staff, always helpful. Nice breakfast and possibility to dine all day.
