Amazing experience at Taj Devi Ratn
Arya and the Front Office team ensured a smooth check-in experience, a great welcome experience with the music, malas & the welcome drinks and the upgrades were a lovely surprise!
A big shout-out to Devanshu Sharma, Rajpal and Debjeet from the banquet team for being so prompt and accommodating, including arranging judges for our family painting competition.
Chef Vinod and the culinary team deserve special appreciation for catering to our requests, especially the Dal Makhani and Sindhi Dal Pakwan, which were loved by everyone.
A special big thank you to Chandrika Mahato, our Event Coordinator, who was exceptional from start to finish — from pre-check-in queries to post-checkout billing. Her coordination made everything effortless. A big thanks to Mr Ashutosh Sharma for handling all our pre-booking requirements and helping us finalize this property for our stay.
We absolutely loved the beautiful property, the pet-friendly environment, and the lovely morning yoga sessions. But what truly made our stay special was the warmth, professionalism and service of the entire team. Thank you for making our family celebration so memorable. We look forward to coming back!

15th Anniversary Stay
The hotel went above and beyond by upgrading us to a Grand Deluxe room, complete with beautiful anniversary decorations and a celebration cake!
The food was delicious with a fantastic variety to suit everyone's tastes. We loved the live melodious music during breakfast and the traditional Rajasthani dancing during high tea.
The pool was well-maintained, and the kids' room was amazing—equipped with a pool table, Xbox, PlayStation, chess, and carrom board.
The only minor drawback was the bike service. The staff member in charge was MIA, and no one could locate the keys. After waiting over 40 minutes, we were told he had taken the keys with him, so my son missed out on the bike tour.
We would definitely recommend it for a luxury family holiday!

Our stay at Taj Devi Ratn was truly unforgettable.
A special thank you to **Mr. Srinivas Reddy (Director of Operations)** and **Mr. Yatharth Godara (Front Office Manager)** for personally ensuring everything was perfect. Their warmth and attention to detail were evident in every interaction.
I would also like to mention **Jasmine** from **Vyom**, who was incredibly warm with our daughter and quickly formed a wonderful bond with her. As parents travelling with a toddler, those little gestures meant the world to us. Whether it was celebrating my wife's birthday or making sure our little one was comfortable, the entire team consistently went above and beyond.
