Secondly, initially did an accidental booking for non-ac rooms instead of Air Conditioned so called the hotel again for making the changes to Air Conditioned rooms to which again was denied stating that you need to get in touch with Booking.com as they charge the cancellation fees which is not the scene. So, finally post speaking to a person from Booking.com got the reservation changed to Air Conditioned rooms. Don't know what was the challenge when the same was requested by myself.
Coming to the Hotel Sunder is located in the hustle and bustle of the city with nearby attractions. Good and tidy rooms with proper working Air-conditioners. Lift is available for all the floors, RO and bottled ( at nominal charge ) on request available as per guests choice. Also restaurant facility is also available within the Hotel.
In terms of the parking since we were travelling on our motorcycles we wanted them to be safe and the Hotel have in premise parking place available a plus point for us. Also, not to miss the Hotel has generator backup too.
Overall had a good time in terms of the stay minus the initial hicup with the arrogance of the hotel staff in communicating with the customers especially when one is in the service industry.

Worst Hotel in Indore
We were initially allotted a very dirty room and had to request a change. Even after shifting, the issues continued. Room No. 312 did not have a tea/coffee maker, which is a basic amenity. The bathroom amenities were provided only for a single person despite our double occupancy booking.
There was no buffet breakfast available, and the food quality was extremely poor. Breakfast options were very limited, and shockingly, only one paratha was served for two people.
Overall, the service and hospitality were highly disappointing. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying at this hotel.
And Saying that " यहां पर ऐसे ही होता है "
Paneer paratha was in very unhygenic and pathatic condition.
Grilled sanwich only 1 peice in portion.
