I will say Neemrana Three waters resort in Betul which is a part of newly formed Kushavati District is the best resort
Couldn’t have chosen a better place for a weekend retreat. It was great to relax at the pool, and the rooms were not only clean but also comfortable. I truly appreciate the views of the river and hills from the balcony. Our children enjoyed themselves very much in the rooms balcony and in the swimming pool. The rooms were more than enough for us, and the cleaning staff kept everything tidy. The front office staff and Manager was very cooperative. The breakfast and food at their restaurant was yummy. They maintained cleanliness everywhere. Their is a small shell museum in the restaurant area which is quite good.
I will absolutely return during the next school break.

Fantastic location a total zenn experience
The location, the staff and the hotel itself are fantastic! Very friendly and helpful staff.
The rooms are very clean and spacious. All equipped with toothpaste tem conditioner. There are also booties provided.

Wonderful week in Neemrana's Three Waters, Betul, Goa.
After quite a long a complicated year, we booked week at Neemrana's Three Waters.
With family from the Colva area, we were use to being close to the beach. The location of Neemrana is away from the hustle and bustle of Goa. Whilst it requires transport, it is the perfect place to rest and relax. This is the low season and the place felt like it was all ours for the majority of the stay which made a nice change from the normal hotel experience. If you are looking for a place to get away from the noise, this is a good option.
It is difficult to name one staff member in particular. We found all the staff very attentive during out entire stay and it really does make a profound change from many hotels in India. The staff in the restaurant went out of their way to accommodate us and provide dishes that we requested and that were off the menu. It was very much appreciated. I had left a package of Goa sausages in their fridge, Having forgotten it, they went out of their way to send someone to the taxi we were in - I returned with said package which, again, was symptomatic of the service. On a personal matter that I had to take care off, they lent me what I needed to get it done.
Nothing to say either on cleanliness ; everything was clean. If I had to nitpick, I would say that whilst the plastic protections against the rain on the balcony are great as they allow guests to nejoy the space during the monsoon, it might be good to give them a clean. Also under the beds. However, The rooms are comfortable, well thought out and the river-facing views, a treat to wake up to daily.
Overall, good amenities with the ability to make tea/coffee in the room, wifi, TV (which we did not use at all) and a a swimming pool which although small, is more than enough.

Should experience the hospitality
I had one of the most memorable stays of my life at this hotel in Goa. I visited with a group of friends, and from the moment we arrived until the time we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The hospitality, comfort, and attention to detail made this an unforgettable experience.
A special thanks goes to Shiloh, who truly made our trip extra special. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Every request we made was handled promptly and with a smile, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. The entire staff was courteous, professional, and available almost 24x7 whenever we needed assistance.
We stayed in an ocean-facing room with a balcony, and waking up to the breathtaking sea view every morning was simply magical. The room was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. The ambience of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind after exploring Goa.
The amenities were excellent. The swimming pool was clean and enjoyable, the breakfast had a great variety of delicious options, and the evening tea and snacks were a lovely addition that we looked forward to every day. Despite offering such quality service and facilities, the hotel was very affordable and offered exceptional value for money.
Another highlight was the convenient pick-up and drop facility, which made our travel hassle-free. The staff also recommended some amazing places to visit in South Goa, helping us discover beautiful beaches and local attractions that we might have otherwise missed.
Overall, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The outstanding hospitality, excellent service, beautiful ocean-view rooms, delicious food, and genuine care shown by the staff made our vacation truly special.
