Lovely place

We loved this place. Very familiar ambience and friendly and helpful staff.
Clean and well maintained facilities. Basic rooms with nice outside seats on veranda, our room with a view on the green jungle.
Good value for price.
Lusitano who runs this business would help you with everything you need and communication via WhatsApp also in beforehand was easy.
10 mins walk to a wonderful and quiet beach.

Beautiful setting but very basic overpriced rooms without hot water and old and tired bedding. Cleaning every 4 days.

We first stayed here 2 years ago and the rooms were very basic but we had hot water and loved the surroundings of flora and fauna. The price was reasonable also and we enjoyed and made friends with other guests. This time the rooms have not improved, there was no hot water, the bedding is old and prices have increased by 40%. There was some very strange behaviour by a long term guest but the management simply don’t care. We won’t be returning as there are better accommodations nearby. Such a shame as with a small amount of TLC this place could be wonderful.

Has seen better days

We have stayed in this guesthouse several times and have always been very satisfied. Simple but good. However, it is now in need of considerable renovation. In addition, some things have changed for the worse under the new management.
What is absolutely unacceptable, however, is the fact that confirmed bookings from Booking.com and Agoda are not accepted. And that is NOT the fault of Booking.com or Agoda.

Highly recommended!

Very spacious and clean rooms with balcony or terrace near the sea, pool, delicious breakfast, front rooms with a view of the greenery, extremely helpful and friendly hosts, great value for money. We'd love to come back!

Nice hotel near the sea

Pretty good hotel near by the ocean. It has a pool and every Appartement has an terace. The staff is very nice. Ad breakfast i would recommend the indian option for which you will have to ask the owner. Would recommend.
