Smooth and pleasant business stay with great service

I had a very nice business trip and a smooth overall experience at the hotel. The service was very good, and the staff were extremely warm and welcoming throughout my stay. They made a genuine effort to assist with any issues or requests I had, and handled everything professionally.
Overall, it was a calm, pleasant, and hassle-free stay. The team did a great job in ensuring comfort and convenience. I would definitely consider staying here again for future business trips.

Worst Experience

Extremely disappointing experience at Nirvana Grand Resort. I ordered dal from the restaurant, and to my shock, there was a fly in the food. When I raised the issue, instead of apologizing or handling the complaint professionally, a restaurant staff member who appeared to be the manager started arguing with me.
Finding a fly in food is a serious hygiene and food-safety concern. What made the experience even worse was the staff’s attitude and lack of professionalism. I expected basic cleanliness, responsibility, and a proper apology from a reputed resort.
Very poor food quality, hygiene, and customer service. Definitely a 1-star experience.

Great place for family functions and dinner/dineout

This place is super spacious and classy. Hosted a family function here and the experience was amazing. Everything from food to rooms and staffs were are so good. Such a pleasant experience. Highly recommended. The location is also very convenient, near the main road.

Excellent restaurant, comfortable bed, clean bathroom with nice shower and helpful staff.
