1st Visit in Gaya

It was my first visit in Gaya and i thoroughly enjoyed it. Spacious and Clean rooms.Staff was very Supportive and friendly.They served me delicious food.We all are very happy and will visit again.

Unprofessional staff

We booked the banquet hall along with a few rooms at Garv Residency after clearly discussing everything that was included and excluded in the quotation. However, just before our event, we discovered that our booked venue had been changed without any prior notification. When we questioned the management, they gave false excuses instead of taking responsibility.
The entire experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. During the event, the staff kept misplacing food and serving plates, creating unnecessary confusion. They also did not have adequate cutlery to serve guests properly. When we requested additional cutlery, their response was dismissive, as if poor arrangements were acceptable.
Despite having their own hotel, they informed us that there was no restaurant available and directed us to another branch for meals, which caused further inconvenience. The rooms were also very different from what had been shown during booking. The food quality was poor, appeared stale, and did not meet even basic expectations.
The staff’s attitude, lack of professionalism, constant excuses, and misleading information made this one of the worst hospitality experiences I have ever had. I travel frequently, and this was by far one of the most disappointing hotel experiences.
My advice to anyone considering this property: get every promise, inclusion, and commitment in writing before making any payment. Do not rely solely on verbal assurances.
Our hard-earned money was wasted on third-class service, poor management, and an overall unpleasant experience. If there were an option to give less than half a star, I certainly would.

Food was not good and cleanliness was not up to the murk

Food was not tasty and hall was not properly cleaned.
Food was not properly cooked and washroom was also dirty.
need to focus on these areas on priority
other than that it was okay.
hand-wash and tissue paper was not there

nice but need improvement

Hotel stay was good for me but they need to improve there service & quality in cleaning & behavior of staff. Still I will recommend this hotel because they are improving since my last stay. Some of there staff are new & good. Hope I will see a improved hotel next time.

Garv Residencia Gays

The room was spacious, relatively clean and had a functional ac.
Room service food was consistently bad- oily, tasteless and on the last night i contacted a stomach bug and that was that.
I am a vegetarian, had only bottled water so it had to be the food- and i did not eat anywhere but at the hotel.
At the time of check out they tried to over charge- thankfully i had the MMT voucher so was saved from being overcharged. Their swiping machine did not work, i hope there is no other scam.
Avoid this hotel at all costs!
