Great Hospitality

Excellent Place to stay and ideally located, good rooms,and luxury and spacious room,ideally located in the heart of the town, value for the money,only on Room basis having three category of rooms for our choice

Rude and ill-mannered staff especially the general manager

I had such a terrible experience in the hotel. The general manager is so rude, disrespectful and arrogant. I entered the hotel with my mother and sister. I asked the general manager to show us the room during check-in. The toilet bowl and seat cover was dirty and had brown stains. I informed him that it was required to be cleaned. I checked the bed, and the bedsheets and pillow covers had stains and hair. When I asked him to change the sheets, the general manager said he wouldn't change the sheets and that we should leave when I asked him how he could talk to me this way. He yelled, “ get out of my hotel”. He said that it was his relative's hotel.
The housekeeping manager said that I had 10 minutes to decide whether we take the rooms in the same condition or leave.
I'm so surprised as to how hotel staff can behave in such a manner with three women.
After a long day of travel, we had to book another hotel again, having said that the most disturbing part was the behaviour of the hotel staff.
