We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced, particularly with the AC issue during the night and the disruption caused by having to change rooms. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been and we regret that your experience did not meet our standards.
We would also like to clarify that our team did arrange a room change immediately once the issue was brought to his attention. Nevertheless, we understand that having to move rooms during the night was an inconvenience and we are sorry for the discomfort caused.
