A Comfortable Stay with Warm Hospitality and Excellent Service in Siliguri

We are a family of three—two adults and one child—and we booked this hotel for a one-night stay in Siliguri. Due to an unexpected emergency, we needed to extend our stay by half a day. Although the hotel was almost fully booked, Ms. Binita at the reception made sincere efforts and managed to accommodate our request. She is soft-spoken, polite, and extremely helpful. The check-in process, payment, and all formalities were handled smoothly and efficiently.
Facilities and Experience:
Location:
The hotel is located on the main road and is approximately 750 metres from Siliguri Railway Station and the Siliguri Station Road Bus Terminal. Autos and totos are easily available from early morning until late at night. Wi-Fi is included in the room tariff and is strong and reliable.
Note: NJP Railway Station is around 6.5 km from the hotel.
Rooms and Cleanliness:
Both the room and bathroom were very clean and well maintained. The amenities provided were of good quality, and refills were available on request at any time.
Food and Restaurant:
The hotel has an in-house restaurant called Saffron. Breakfast was included in our stay, and we also had lunch and dinner there. The food quality was excellent. What stood out was their willingness to customise dishes according to our preference. For dinner, we ordered Hunan Chicken and Chilli Oyster Chicken and requested them to be non-spicy. The chef personally came to understand our requirement and prepared the dishes accordingly, without compromising on taste.
Note: Special thanks to Mr. Birendra, Mr. Ayush, Mr. Tenzin, and the team at Saffron Restaurant for their attentive service.
Room Service and Housekeeping:
Room service and housekeeping deserve special appreciation. The service was quick, efficient, and responsive. We requested a room heater (available at an additional charge) at around 11:30 pm, and it was delivered within 10 minutes.
Overall, we had a truly pleasant and comfortable stay and a very positive experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Overpriced stay, below average and overpriced food, just okay for overnight stay near airport

Liked · Room is spacious have small sitting area and coffee table along with small desk, There is full mirror and wardrobe area next to bathroom but the wardrobe was not clean and having no hangers inside hence could not keep clothes in it. Property is well lit and maintained with a good sitting area in between all rooms, lobby area is well decorated. Stuffs are helpful and cooperative, helped us get a morning taxi to airport but the charges were a bit higher.
Disliked · The property is located in a very narrow road next to main road service lane. Food is Pathetic, highly overpriced. Room was cold and heater was available with extra cost, considering minimal guest staying that time they could have given it complimentary. Bathroom is small with respect to the room size. The paint inside room was coming off the wall in places like near the TV. Room was adjacent to a street which is very noise during evening and till late night which disturbs sleep. Nothing special or extraordinary just an average stay nothing exceptional or luxury as some reviews says.

Good choice for a short stay

This hotel came recommended to us as a good alternative for a one-night stay either when coming or going to the Bagdogra airport. Further, we got an excellent rate when booking the hotel through booking.com. The rooms are large and equipped with all essentials. Each room has AC and a fan. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very professional and friendly. The food was also good.
