Worst hotel I have ever stayed in
The other property has a very similar sounding name - Hotel Sagar - and is located just 3 minutes away from the Sagar Shree. We checked-in without any hassles, but that was when the problems begun.
The lights in my bathroom weren't functioning. When I pointed this out to the porter, he said that there was no technician around at that hour and advised me to perform my ablutions with the door open and the light in the main room turned on. I almost laughed out at his suggestion. The room I had chosen was a non-AC one, little did I know that non-AC equaled non-ceiling fan. The fan was rotating at a speed where I could clearly count the blades. The room was infested with mosquitoes and we spent an entire night without any sleep whatsoever.
Never have I been so elated to check out of a hotel.

Good Hotel, but had bad experience this time
Hotel Restaurant Experience: We had lunch in Hotel on day 1, as we were group of 13 person, so it was not easy to finalized quantity of food. After 3pm we were eating and Restaurant management denied to serve us more, as per they told us that, time of lunch is finished. Are you serious ? Your guest were eating and your staff told us that we will not serve more as Restaurant Lunch timing is only till 3pm ? It was very bad behaviour by your Restaurant Staff.
Mr. Babuli Experience: We booked a Traveller from Cuttack to Bhubaneswar for 2 days. Day 1 only for Nandan Kanan Zoo and Day 2 for other Attraction in Bhubaneswar. We booked on consolidated rates for 2 days. On Day 1 the zoo was closed, his driver told that he knew that but Mr. Babuli asked him to don't tell us. When we was infront of Closed zoo Mr. Babuli told us to visit near by attractions in Bhubaneswar. He will manage in pre-decided amount. But, after trip completion on day 2 he charged amount on KM basis which was too high as per amount decided. Not only this, he charged almost 25km extra, thank god we noted kms during trip with driver. Not only this, he threaten us that he will not let us go from Cuttack after not given money as asked by him. There was also no support from Hotel staff & management even from the Reception Person on duty who also arranged Babuli for us.
