A pleasant place to stay

My stay at Lake Symphony was relaxing and peaceful. The host was a jovial guy who helped us with a lot of things and was quick to help. All in all, it was a great day spent at a great place! Choose this place if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Please don't opt this resort

Such a horrible experience. Never recommend to anyone especially ladies. Rooms and bathroom not at all clean. Very substandard management and service. Local lodges serves a better option than this. Not even a cup of tea or a jug of water is provided by them. And the funniest part is the whole room is visible from outside as there are no walls only glass doors and windows and without proper curtains. Even bathroom has a transparent glass screen and that too without curtain. Bathrooms were dirty and smelling. Even a waste bin was not provided by them. We felt that this 'lodge' (as we could never find a resort atmosphere there) was meant for boozing only. As the place is too interior and we reached there late, we couldn't run away, hence stayed there for the night. Never ever opt this resort.

We did not take any family booking on saturdays because being weekend we will have bachelors booking.
When this guest called for booking they did not mention about any ladies.But when they checked in they were three ladies and three gents ,that too in one bed.
May be ,as they mentioned being substandard management we permitted three ladies and three gents in one room.
We provide one litre drinking water in every room.
Any way we are really sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Worst Experience..!!

I booked for a 2 bedroom lake view resort thru phone and the guy assured me the same with 2 bathroom, once reached they provide us with a dormitory with two beds and a single bathroom. Which is not up to the mark as we paid 7k for that single room with no toiletries, towels and even a nice white pillow or sheet. The location is pretty good but not maintained properly. No comments about the staffs, coz they don't have one there which seems like a staff.

Horrible place!!

Place is very dirty and more over there are issues with local people residing there,no proper security and parking space is very less we will have to park car outside and local people will scratch your cars. Resort people don’t know to deal with the situation, saying about the pool it very dirty green water chances of getting skin allergy is very high.not at all ideal for family to stay. I had a situation where people staying in top of my room urinated from there balcony and it directly flowed into my room and nothing was done by the management and staff they where not bothered to clean it. Guys better checkout for some other place if you want a peaceful stay with your friends and family especially not good for ladies to stay there as majority of guys who takes room there will be drunken and hooligans, don’t get cheated by the caretaker He says so many things which we won’t do,I really had very bad and horrible experience from this place only good thing about this resort I found was the location !!!

This guest was staying with us for the second time .He came one week back to book the rooms and after seeing the rooms and premises he was satisfied and gave us advance.That day was a weekend and we had full occupancy.This guest took 2 of our lake side rooms and they were15 people.Till 1am there was no issues.One of the guests staying in the first floor urinated from the sit out and that lead shouting and manhandling.They broke the side glass of our guest room and attacked each other with broken glass.Three of the guest staying in the first floor injured and they were hospitalised.Guest staying in the adjacent cottages were using the swimming pool at that time and one of them called the police control room and police arrived in half an hour.Police asked us whether we had any complaint, we told them that we did not have any complaint and both the guests agreed to compensate our damages.Our staff got beaten up while trying to solve the issue.We are really sorry for the unexpected and unforseen incidents.
