Night stop over

Selected this hotel for overnight stay while returning from Kalpa tour enroute Delhi. Had booked 3 deluxe rooms and upon arrival was shown to our rooms. One room however was not ready and was handed over after a while. The room alloted had wash room issues.
Food was good, Infact very good. Service was prompt.
Reason for giving 4 stars is the behaviour of staff. Excellent !!! Very humble and cooperative. My wife left her specs which the hotel themselves called and informed and then took the trouble to courier it all the way to my home in Kolkata !
What else to say....really impressed about the staff behavior. Mr Gajendra Kumar and Mr Muniah are two names I remember....they deserve an applause.

Pathetic

Disgusting experience overall , pathetic service , dirty rooms , even when doing a room change still given used room , waste of money , recommend not to stay at such hotel....

The amount they changed me was way too much compared to other better hotels in the area. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Rail travellers stop over

Bare bones hotel with working aircon and ceiling fan. Always hot water controlled by guest. Clean linen bedding, friendly staff and good basic restaurant. 5 minutes from railway station in auto rickshaw. I visited a second time.spent total of 6 nights there. Travel Agent on premises. Good knowledge of how to and what to do, see, visit. This is not exactly an Hotel where you would spend a holiday but perfect for stopover. Not to far to visit The Rock Garden, the Lake, by auto rickshaw, and Rose garden easily accessible by local bus from station. Wi fi was not available in my room upstairs, only on indoor balcony at stairwell.

HELLLLLLLLLL RAT HOTEL

Worst hotel i visited in my whole life. Who says this hotel is for humans u have to share ur rooms with RATSSS. First room i got i was sleeping 1 rat ran from my side, then i made complaint changed my room. Another room i got whole nights there were bunch of rats fighting in Ac vent. Making chu chu chu sound for whole night. I was so tired boz of travelling for 2 days continously i can't change room at night so i just adjusted with it, but next day i was hellll stinking my jacket was stinking of Ratsssss smell. Food was also same so bad i ordered chicken biryani but it was just boil taste less rich with half boiled chicken.
Trip advisor pls -category for this type of hotels.
