very excellect hotel in kollkata

For those interested in checking out popular landmarks while visiting Kolkata (Calcutta), Hotel Q Inn is located a short distance from Swami Vivekananda's Ancestral House. i recommended to stay there

Front desk male receptionist very badle behaved, making experience stressful and less enjoyable, rooms could be cleaner.

Front desk Male receptionist, very badly behaved, think that he is above and beyond you, the rooms are average.
But the front desk experience makes the stay stressful and less enjoyable.
Request to the owner please take action and try to keep room clean.

Worst reception staff

The people in the reception were worst. They allocated rooms to us at 9 p.m. when the actual check-in time as per the booking was at 12 p.m. They did not provide any reason for the delay too. After complaining to the online travel agent that I used for booking only, they allotted us the rooms. Also, they were insisting us to present a printout of the reservation voucher when the whole world is moving towards softcopies. The receptionist was clueless in locating my reservation although I showed him the voucher containing all the details in the softcopy.
The hotel is located in a narrow by-lane. Locating the hotel is very difficult. Bathroom was very shabby with no proper outlet (s) for water. They did not even provide me with a comb when I asked. Leave about providing a comb; they did not even respond whether or not they would provide a comb. Reception staff were showing their attitude. The only good point about this hotel was the affordable food cost.

Good Service

This place is good for its hospitality and location. Very close to the new market area and in the heart of Kolkata City. It has in house kitchen which serves very delicious and good quality food with a very reasonable rate. Thumbs up..

Hotel Q Inn

I have stayed in this property several times. I have enjoyed the nice and modern facility in this hotel. It was near to my conference hall. They also served south indian food their restaurant and it was good one.
